Fred’s 24 Hour Towing Inc was established in 1979 by Fred Walker Sr. With the help of his wife, Sher Walker, they became a well-known and trusted household name within the community. In 2003, Fred Walker Jr. became owner/operator of the quickly expanding family business. With community loyalty and determination it has seen exceptional growth with a fleet now consisting of two (2) Flatbeds, three (3) wreckers, one (1) medium and the manpower of eight (8) employees.
We are the local contractors for CAA and are trusted with the majority of Georgina Township's towing needs. We are also the leading towing provider amongst local repair shops including Carstar, Northview, and Gary's. We also provide service to seven (7) Bailiff Firms and specialize in oversize loads in both Canada and The United States.
Safety and knowledge of the industry are vital components to the success of any towing and recovery company which is why Fred Walker Jr. has taken on the responsibility of educating fellow CAA contractors in the Training Course that is now available to all CAA contractors. He was a major contributor of developing the course and putting it into effect. He is constantly thinking of innovated techniques to improve the towing and recovery industry.
